Overall I would say your work here is pretty impressive, you've got a pretty good anatomy rendering with a computer 
Things you might check:
the rendering of shadows is great, although maybe a bit with a plastic-feeling to it, I'm not sure how to explain that
perhaps too much contrast?
The hand looks amazing, very well done on that, I agree with the previous comment about the shoulder area, perhaps it misses the scapula shape a bit or perhaps the part that is poiting out on the back should be higher towards the neck
You can take a picture of yourself for reference if you don't find any that fits
Other than that, I would say that there is something about the knee connection with the upper leg muscle that isn't quite right (sorry, I don't know muscle names
)
